Refund Policy:
If for any reason a Beaver, Cub or Scout, cannot attend an event / activity that they have committed to and paid for, any monies that have not been committed / spent, to secure the individuals place will be returned. If, however, all the monies have already been spent to pay for the place, then nothing can be refunded. All efforts will be made to offer the place to another Beaver / Cub / Scout and if one is successfully identified, then their payment for the event, will be used as a refund to the person who had to cancel.
