Booking Requirements

Scout hall

All Booking are subject to terms and conditions.

Donations are required for the use of the hall which will be discussed after initial consultation

Double or triple slots can be booked individually and relevant donation for each booking paid.

Bookings that do not meet our terms and conditions will be canceled and donation refunded.

 

The Facilities

We’re pleased to be able to offer use of our facilities in return for a donation to our funds. We can provide the perfect venue for community events, private functions and many other activities.

Our rooms can be used in various combinations to provide the flexibility you need, and there’s lots of parking adjacent to the hall (out of school hours) and it’s just a five minute walk from the local bus routes.

All of our rooms are well lit and heated.

 

WIFI Internet Access

We have a fast WIFI connection and it is available with all bookings. Access will be given with booking if required.

Carpeted and ideal for smaller (up to 10 people) meetings.

  • craft work
  • smaller children’s parties

This room is equipped with a ceiling mounted overhead projector & speaker system. There is a serving hatch to the kitchen
